The Forum on Law, Culture & Society is hosting Fordham Law School's 3rd Annual Film Festival, which offers a unique setting for New Yorkers to discuss the always alluring ways in which the legal system is portrayed through feature films and documentaries, and how various themes of justice and injustice continue to inspire the artistic imagination and resonate throughout the broader culture.

“All Festival films were chosen because of their connection to the legal system, the ethical and moral responsibilities of attorneys, and the moral longings for justice,” said Thane Rosenbaum, director of the Forum on Law, Culture & Society and Fordham's John Whelan Distinguished Lecturer in Law.

The Fordham Law School Film Festival includes six nights of films, which are free and open to the public. Screenings will be followed by discussions led by celebrated artists, writers, public intellectuals, and members of the legal profession.
